“Having chosen the product I required against your Internet site I called at your Cannock branch to purchase this item and was advised that this would cost £12 more than your internet price. I was advised that in order to get this price it would be necessary for me to go back home and purchase / pay direct using the internet click and collect process and then call back to collect the item 4 hours latter?? Not a happy experience - ?”
