“Product is good however order had been “lost” and not received at local branch. Called our local branch as no delivery date had been received and they didn’t have our order. However the guy we spoke to was very helpful - although we did have to collect ourselves”

“Please contact me Urgently . I used your online contact to request return of the board as it was ordered incorrectly due to the pictures on line. I reordered the correct item and your delivery man collected this product. You haven't acknowledged my contacting you to return the board and so far haven't cancelled the payment scheduled.”

“I purchased a window board it arrived on time but there were no end caps and no were on the web site did it mention that they were required When I called your call centre they were not much help they did not not take any responseabilty just passed over phone numbers”
