“Just received the high performance bushing kit and have started playing around with various setups. So far I am loving being able to customise my ride. By mixing up the bushings supplied you can dial in a flexible turning feel and still have confidence at high speed.”
“I like to adjust my ride for different conditions, wheels etc. and the bushings kit just adds another dimension to this. I've been swapping bushings in and out and really enjoying experimenting with the combinations. Oh and the Rip Tide pivot cups, they are the icing on the cake... so nice!”
Hey David,
Check out this YouTube video for more info on the bushings and a guide.

“Great box of goodies to taylor the feel of the board. I dropped in a set of 90s and 92s with the all 7” terrain wheels. What a difference. It’s like a new board. Softer turning with plenty of control. I should have got the box months ago.”
“Having seen the Evolve YouTube videos about changing these bushes, I struggled to understand how you could improve on the standard GTR black bushes and the perfect ride those give you?
In changing the black bushes (90A- which feel like rubber) for the equivalent purple (90A - which feel like plastic) the feel was completely different.. in a ‘too soft’ sense. I’m 83kg and they were just too soft. I’ve put these in my wife’s GTX and because she’s only approx 60kg makes her ride just perfect. She’s got a much more controlled feel through the turns and very reactive. She loves them after slight 1/2 turns Tweeks of the kingpin nuts. My GTR is running the 92A bushes which is a required ‘feel’. They turn in well but then you ‘feel it go solid’ has if you’ve hit a stop? Push through the turn and you get a controlled secure feel. After doing 20+ miles or so and fine tuning the kingpin set-ups it feels pretty good. But .... is it has good has the standard Black bushes? The New bushes have no Evolve name on them which is kinda disappointing but the feel IS different. Would I recommend them? Yes... I guess so, just to understand the difference in ‘feel’. Are they has good has the standard Black bushes? No. That really is a constant feel through the entire turn. Sometimes perfection is hard to improve, but this has to be stated, each person is different and wants different riding feel.”
“Wow, felt the difference straight away. No creeks or noise from the truck at all. I went for the soft set up first. 87a on road side and 90a on board side. Really good for carving and slides. Bit sketchy on big hills. Second set up I've gone for is the 98a on board side and 95 a on road side. Still yet to skate it .. but looking forward to it.”
