“Arrived quick, I combine these with my 107mm abec 11 on a Bamboo GTR, smooth as. The 38t gears with 004 belts increase the acceleration which make it feel like the board does not have to work at all. I had an issue and the service was quick to respond and fix my situation so I could ride.”
“I got these (38t) for better acceleration and braking and while they offer slightly better acceleration and noticeably stronger braking over the standard 32t I found the increased torque made starting off the line really jerky and cumbersome.
They're just not as smooth in everyday use as the 32t and became a pain to use.
I would say High Speed braking (30km/h+) had become slightly dangerous as even the slightest touch on the brake would unsetle the board.
Also no matter how tight i adjusted the belt tension (i tried different tensions) they would slip under heavy braking.. and i'm not exactly the heaviest guy at 80KG
No complaints about build quality as these are excellent.

This sounds really strange that it's slipping on the 38T but not the 32T, maybe there's something else going on there.
