“The product is great just like all the Evolve gear. I love it and am a huge fan boy. However when I went to the Gold Coast H.Q to exchange a t-shit as it was too big, I was told that I need to do that in the first 3 months of buying it. The product was still in its original packaging and had never been open or worn, yet I was unable to exchange it for a smaller size.
I found this to be against what I thought the Evolve culture was, and as such a very disappointing experience.”
Hi David,We're sorry to hear you are disappointed.We don't have a record that you requested a size during our Christmas promotion where you received the free t-shirt which meant that Evolve supplied you with a size. Although we said this, we did still help customers out with exchanges within our 30 day return policy.Unfortunately, you came in 5-6 months later which is much longer than the 30 day period.We're always happy to help customers out within reason!RegardsEvolve
