“I ordered 2 belts from Evolve and they sent me the wrong thing by mistake (some drive gears). That's fine, I will send them back.
However, what annoyed me is that they refuse to send the belts until they receive the drive gears back. I was away on holiday at first which is why I asked them to send anyway, but they refused. I find this infuriating, they clearly don’t trust their customers. it is not a misunderstanding, they have taken a stance on this. I have spent thousands buying their products, and recommended 2 friends who have bought new boards. I simply cannot understand their attitude.”

“Belts have snapped twice in 2 months of owing my new board.
The latest replacement belt I bought over two weeks ago is yet to arrive.
Not very happy with it as we are only 3 hours from Gold Coast.
