“Your customer service is great, the remote arrived quickly, but I'm not a fan of the remotes build quality. IMO the remote is too fragile, my old remote broke while in its case. The two screws holding the casing together are just inadequate.
By comparison my boosted remote has survived being in my bag with no case and multiple crashes.
Whenever you make an r3 remote please make it more durable and offer a scroll wheel option I'd even pay extra for it.”

“They are prone to un clipping at brake leaver. Evolve should sell a sticker skin for the top section. I'm using fabric tape that is cut to uncover buttons and controls to provide compresson to the case.”
