“When it's working, it's a great, responsive remote... I never had the connection issues that other riders have been experiencing. The problem I have is how one tumble will cause the remote to malfunction. I'm currently looking for a third remote, and it seems to always be out of stock.... No bueno!”

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and experiences with the GT Remote. We are very sorry to hear that you have had to deal with broken remotes after taking a fall. Whilst it may not be a guaranteed solution, we highly recommend picking up a Silicone cover to help protect your remote from any impact/damage it may encounter.
If you do need assistance getting your existing remotes assessed/repaired, please reach out to us at Support@evolveskateboards.com.au and we will happily look into this further.
We have since improved the quality of our remotes with the new Phaze remote so our newer model boards should be exempt from these particular concerns you have had.

“I have broken 3 remotes during owning my two Evolve boards. Its really disapointing and frustrating that you think its okay to have such a flimsy controller that controls a relatively robust and very expensive piece of equipment. my GTX board is now sitting unusable again after a small hit into a table while it was hanging from the wrist strap. I have seen alot of serious riders complaining about this online and it seems to be a known issue because youve now introduced a "pro controller" for the hadean
Please work on a STRONGER controller that can be used with the older models GTX/GTR instead of just your most recent hadean model”
