“I am one of these guys that live the excitement and power of the GT boards with the original remote. I was worried that the R2 would change how the board would feel and dull it too much. In fact the opposite happened, you can leave it in GT mode the whole time and have access to the full power at any time. So much finer control now and loving this GTX even more.”
“Works perfectly. Takes a small amount of time to get used to the dead-switch but it can be disabled i think. The extra range of motion for the acceleration and brake triggers is amazing as the previous remotes were very sensitive and caused a bit of jolting when not careful. The placement of my thumb is taking a bit of getting used to when using the brake trigger on the top of the remote. Everything is great about the remote, just takes a bit of getting used to if you have become accustomed to the old remotes.”
