“I mostly ride my older Bamboo GT, wish thus worked with that board. And my Carbon GTR was stolen few months ago. But still got my trusty Stoke which I connected Phaze to right away and it feels much more premium compared to R2. Now I just need a new bash guard since mine fell apart and a new GTR or Hadean”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm on to my second GTR in 5 years and try to get a roll in every day if I can. I think I went through at least 4 (possibly 5) R2 remotes in those 5 years. The Phaze is a huge leap forward in terms of robust build and display.
Re-calaibrating the old R2 was also a head F*k - the Phaze auto calibrates. Yes at $260 it's an extra cost but I already feel safer on my rides.
The connection to the board is faster and more stable and the control (accelerate and brake) feels so much more reliable.
So for me $260 for safety and comfort knowing I have a controller built for the task is worth way more than that. And as always - great service from Evolve. Nice work guys !”
“great remote nice and sturdy,my only complaint was there were no instructions in the box and considering I was upgrading from an R2 that was a bit of a pain but I worked it out.
