The brand is Rack It Up and it's made just around the corner from us here in Burleigh Heads.The racks will work without the riser, but if you don't want the AT tyres to touch the wall, then by all means your welcome to add a riser. They are compatible with the all terrain tyres but they will touch the wall.
If you're concerned, you could think about lifting the rack away from the wall with riser pads.
If you're keen on some, we can send them to you if you cover the $9 postage fee.

We source these rack from a local storage company called Rack It Up and they unfortunately don't provide screws. You can read this in the description of the product.
