Hey Jason,
If you're not satisfied with the standard bushings then I recommend trying something with a harder compound. See this video here for more info:

We do not recommend riding in the mud as they're not waterproof, see more details here:

We used to have reverse but we found that riders would kick it into this gear whilst at speed. We removed this for safety reasons.
