“An amazing ride for sure. Getting to the shops has never been so fun and easy. Feels incredibly well made too. It tackles hills with ease in PRO mode.
I'm an 80kg rider and I just get over the 15km range on a full charge using ECO mode. This board really is only meant for small trips here and there. I do wish the stoke had a little bit more range though, 15km just doesn't keep you going for ages and it's going to drain even faster in PRO or GTR mode. I get that the battery is limited so you can fly with it but i do wish there was another battery with more range that fit the stoke.
I had to tighten the trucks up a fair bit because it wobbled a bit too much for me.
Beginner riders be careful though, I took it out my 2nd day of owning it and stacked hard doing a top speed test. Ended up with road rash and a very sore body. The remote didn't survive the fall either so I had to buy another.”
“Got the stoke for that first and last mile to public transportation. Love my big bamboo GTR for long distance cruising but was looking for more portability for commute. Stoke is great for hopping on and off the bus or in and out of the car and it is so much fun to carve up the streets. Really smooth, super maneuvering, and lickety split quick. And it’ll motor up steep hills with ease. Range is plenty for the way I utilize the board. So happy to have both amazing vehicles in my fleet.”
