“I already own a Bamboo GTX and was undecided whether to upgrade to the GTR or give the Stoke a try. It was a good choice. the hype I generally ignore, as I do reviewers on social media that are obviously pro anything that Evolve produce, however on this occasion they were right. I've had the Stoke a couple of weeks and have done around 100 miles of so and it's a beast. The acceleration is fast and smooth and braking is spot on. I have left the trucks reasonably loose and it is still steady at higher speeds but what a carving dream. Going from AT wheels I had to take care on curb transitions and have a few scratches on the trucks to prove it but the bash guard gives you confidence to try and lift the front end while seeing what it can do. I'm looking forward to trying it out at the skate park as I get more used to it. Absolutely made for urban skating with a bonus of it looking more like a normal cruiser as you scoot around the streets.”
