The customer service rep "Alex" was exceptionally friendly with talking to me about my concerns. I was able to exchange my stoke for a full refund, so I happily upgraded to the GTR with AT wheels. The day that I got the GTR, I tested it out on all types of terrains and it did not disappoint. It rips over grass, gravel, and big sidewalk cracks with ease. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face when I was cruising 20mph uphill for miles. The All Terrain Wheels are the way to go if you want a dependable and comfortable ride! Super happy about the purchase and the Evolve staff members that helped me along the way!”
