“Let me start by saying this board is so much fun to ride. I started with the GTR Bamboo All Terrain which I love. My only regret is not buying the Stoke sooner. “I purchased stoke about a month ago, the board itself is great, i enjoyed riding it every day. But I was super disappointed about the quality of the remote and was gutted about the response of Evolve service team. I dropped the remote to the ground yesterday and then my board was dead, and i have to walk back home. when i called the service team the answer i got is i'll have to send it to them and pay extra to get it fixed. "Well we could go round and round about this but it's not us who dropped it right?" they said. but the problem is if your customer's spending over 1k to buy a so-called premium board from you, they're not paying for a one-off remote right?”

We recommend using the wrist strap for every use and even adding a remote cover for an extra layer of protection. The only option for repairing a remote is to send it in to our HQ in Auckland. “Love the power and the snowboard carve feeling once I became more comfortable.
Has been the perfect alternative transport to using my car.
Only issue I have had is the screws that hold the motor cage to the trucks keep coming loose and getting lost. (Any chance of sending some replacements)
Perhaps a higher grade of thread sealant should be used for future boards.”
