“well I cant review the board because it was a gift but the trauma of your postage system was beyond belief as your refusal to send it to your next suburb cost me and extra $107 plus the disappointment of not knowing if it would arrive in time for xmas. The drama of purchasing this board for someone else was the worst experience I have ever had buying on the internet. From my feedback on the product it has been fine but the customer service was below par”
Hi Greg,
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback.
First of all, I am very sorry that your shipping experience created trauma for you. Freight companies were very overwhelmed during the busy Christmas period but I am glad to see that your parcel did arrive before Christmas!
I am unfamiliar with your request specifically but I do know that TNT does charge for any changes and bump the price up for Dangerous Goods shipments. You can view fees through the link below.

If there's anything else I can assist with either now or in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by responding to this email. We are always happy to help :)
Regards
Keeley
“Had the board for a few months. Riding it every day to and from work. Pros - board is great for cruising to work. Its bigger than a mini board but small enough to throw under a desk at work. Fast enough for people that want to ride it that way but perfect for anyone that just wants to cruise to work and navigate the paths/people etc. Cons. The deck grip, spray on sand grip will wear smooth after 2 months or so of daily use. Expect to replace the deck grip sooner or later if your using it every day. The blue cag wheels will fall apart after 2 months use. Don't get the blues if you plan on riding the board daily. If your not using the board daily, just going for a rip on the weekends or so, wheels and deck grip might be fine.
Great board, its not perfect but it's pro's are really good.”
