“I was one of the first in Melbourne to own an Evolve skateboard, I have been using evolve skateboards as my primary transportation to and from work to avoid parking traffic and people coughing and grinding me on the trams. I have carried 4 boxes of edamame beans, 4 sides of salmon and a portable bbq no stress. I've estimated I have covered just over 14,000km on 3 separate boards. Although I do believe my second board I owned was a dud my third board reinstalled my faith in Evolve. They keep getting better and better and can't wait for my current board to shit itself so I can justify buying the stoke. keep up the good work!!! The board feels mint, trucks are good. i have snapped front trucks before.
For any rough riders. I have street wheels but ride on the road. I'm pretty aggressive rider and the board has held up alright. I've snapped a few belts. the wheels have a few chunks from stones at 42kph. Battery doesnt last as long, I do abuse gtr mode. Does get hot on a hot day with a lot of hills. if you are good to your board itll be great back. I ride mint 40km roughly everyday for 6 months. had a bearing go. but all skateboard stuff. well reccomend, wish the price was cheaper. other boards are catching up, the motor size here is unmatchable though”
