When they say this is the Tesla of electric skate boards, take it as the literal Nikola Tesla being evicted from Colorado sued for unpaid bills. This board was fun, like a cart before a horse, while it lasted. I had 3 boards and bought the warranty. They replaced all three boards when they broke because the manual said do not ride in rain due to unsafe terrain. With the off road tires this was not a problem in the snow, but the board was cheaply sealed on ALL SIX BOARDS with hot glue for the wires connecting the circuit board, battery, and motors. Due to the fact this was my SIXTH board, I refuse to waste my money, encourage others to look more into the design of the board, and open up the board before riding it to prove you should return the item before the warranty is voided.
This company only started to provide support after my second board broke, then they started selling extra batteries and parts to fix these issues. I referred myself as a friend twice and made three different accounts to test what the warranty and make sure no flukes happened. This company let me down three times, the battery was damaged and instead of sending a new battery to me, they sent back a another used board that had the same motors but different part numbers and a different deck. Kind of like taking your iPhone to apple to fix a cosmetic problem and your phone comes back with more problems that you took it there with.
I still have my last board gutted and in pieces because even though the battery is sold, they do not sell a circuit boards because the install would be elementary compared to mounting an external UBLOX Neo6M gps with an Arduino to keep track of the board when in classes. It is also sad that a $500 SCX10 III RC Car outperforms a $2000 evolve skate board when it comes to waterproofing and sealing the ESC, battery, and internal circuitry. The $500 RC Truck drives itself in thick Colorado snow and through the tide pools in Hawaii, and dies not break like this board does and you can also rinse the RC truck off. Try doing that with your evolve skate board and I promise it will smoke more than a Texas BBQ.
I would hold off on this purchase until this company improves the hardware, protect the internals, and truly make an effort to HELPS PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT.
This board is not ALL Terrain.

I bought three boards from yall, with warranty, and all six broke. I fixed the this last board, because warranty prevents this company from fixing there production error, but the battery failed again, probably due to the ESC or a bad motor. I just want a board that works and not need to go through 6 in 3 semesters because college gets expensive, and campus parking sucks.”

“I have to admit after watching the reviews on YouTube regarding the Carbon GTR I was still hesitant on spending the required money to have a electric skateboard under my two feet but after receiving the skateboard.......wow omg the quality you get from the product & the looks & comments you get from the public like wow man what future did that board come from. ‘Back to the future’ I would say with a laugh. Also any minor issues you may have like one of the wheels having a small piece come off I contacted Evolve straight away & received a replacement wheel after sending through photos.
If you want quality & some fun definitely don’t go for the boards that are half the price.”
