“The 6" tyres give the board a more nimble feel than the 7", which I really like.
However the 47T gearing is a lot higher than the 7"/66T setup, which puts a lot more strain on the motors and they get noticeably hotter under the same riding conditions. This leads to reduced range. Can't really stay with the 66T gear because then the top speed is reduced too much. A 58T gear (or thereabouts) would be a better compromise with this kit, IMHO.”
