“The original remote is still going strong but after over a years use I decided to get another just in case as the original has taken a few hits and has also been caught in the rain both of which are not good for these devices. I still haven't needed to use this remote yet but its good to know its there should the original fail for any reason.”
“Whilst the remote is easy to use, it is very fragile and should be made with a less brittle fabric. My 2 rating is only because of this, skating is a sport where you will most likely fall and all components should resist at least a few falls.”
“1st e-board I’ve had and sure it can get twitchy in GTR mode (it’s ok this controller has several factory modes and smart tech like a 25km max speed setting for when downhilling off road per say) which is acceptable for this small, super smooth, comfortable to use and somewhat rugged R2 remote from Evolve. Bluetooth hooks instantly and doesn’t let go. Tiny colour screen fills your eyes with all the info drip needed. Very long battery life with a case & accessories included. App allows updates and customisation of acceleration among other things to help tame those motors some. Braking is silky responsive when thumb is used correctly.”
