“I've done very light skating on clean freshly paved roads and some how i've already puncture 2 tires. It upset me because i bought a whole new set of hubs, tubes, and wheels and can't ride my board when i should have bought a new set of street wheels on sale and would be riding my board right now.”

We can see that you have recently purchased new inner tubes. Are you able to share pictures of where the punctures are?
What terrain were you riding in? Do you think they could have been pinched during installation?
