“The parts actually shipped were in good condition but I didn’t initially receive all of the small extra parts required. However, when this was brought to their retention they shipped it afterwards courier for a nominal additional charge so all good. Clear instructions for how to reassemble the handle, once received, from the manufacturer would be helpful.”
