These guys are great, quick responses. They genuinely want to help, no robots- dealing with real people. Will be back for my next scooter purchase.

The Ewheels staff is second to none. I had an issue with a scooter I purchased less than a year ago and I couldn't have asked for better assistance in getting it back up and running. I currently live on a boat and travel quite a bit. Jason and Eric helped me to troubleshoot the issue and get the right parts to me as quickly as they could. one part was held up due to weather and wasn't going to arrive until after we departed that location. Jason quickly adjusted the shipment which met us at our next port of call. They have been a pleasure to work with and I will be back when it comes time to purchase a new scooter!

I had my eye on the Turbowheel Lightning for a few years now and just recently decided to pull the trigger and buy one. Shipping was less than 7 days via FedEx and they even threw in some extra inner tubes for me. Packaging was excellent the thing did not move it was packed so well. Setting it up was a breeze, you only need to secure the stem handle bars, after that its pretty much ready to ride. My only issue was a defective throttle display (it turned on, screen then went black and smelled like it burned up). This is where I give Jason 5 stars ***** for excellent customer service. I called him up explained the situation and he said he would get a new display out to me asap. He was not playing because I got a shipping confirmation within a couple of hours. The best part was that Jason listened to his custom, was in no way annoyed or condescending, but resolved the issue immediately (unlike majority of customer service). Now for the scooter: Suspension: I live in Brooklyn so you can imagine how awful the streets here are. It felt like I was floating, this scooter is so comfortable to ride. I could feel every bump in the road with my last scooter and would hurt my knees and neck from the jarring of the road so much so I didnt really want to ride because it was so annoying and uncomfortable. Zero issues with the Turbowheel. Speed: This thing is FAST! I have no problem keeping up with traffic here in the city and that torque is so nice to have when you have to maneuver around cars pulling out in front of you or doors opening up traffic side of a double-parked car in the bike lane. I have only been able to reach 30mph so far in the city and that feels plenty fast for these streets. Power: This scooter has plenty of torque so hold on tight in turbo mode! The wheels literally almost do a burn-out when taking off. You can adjust this in the settings which is very nice to have, but its nice to feel all that power in a scooter. I weigh only around 170lbs and this thing handles my weight as if Im a feather. Remember what I said to hold on tight! Handling: At first, I was a little intimidate by the size of this beast. Im only 5'8" so when standing next to this the handlebars a about to my chest lol. I was very surprised how easy it was to maneuver around in the city, the only thing Im learning to get use to is the wide turning. Unlike my previous scooter where I was able to whip it around due to its light weight, I can't do that with the Turbowheel yet as it weighs more. The handlebars are very comfortable and positioned well -doesnt cause much fatigue at all really. Only thing Im getting use to is the trigger throttle. Im use to a thumb throttle so the transition is a bit difficult, however after riding today Im getting use to liking the trigger throttle. Weight: The turbowheel weighs around 70lbs so you're not going to be carrying this thing around easily. I actually like the weight because it makes me feel a lot safer and more durable on the road. I have no problem lifting it. I deadlift all the time so I have no problem lifting this. Navigating through the house though is a slow process lol. Quality: The frame looks and feels very solid to me. Out riding I had no issues with anything rattling, no creeks, even at 30mph the scooter feel strong, no stem wobble and the brakes did very well. The platform is wide and feels safe and sturdy. Wheels grip the road good except during initial excelleration in turbo mode which I did not mind at all. I cant comment on the battery as I do not know much about Sincpower or if I have an LG battery. I think its Spincpower. There is a reputable scooter company here in Brooklyn minimotors who uses Sincpower batteries so I would say if minimotors is using them they must be decent. Overall: I am totally satisfied with my purchase and the company eWheels who I bought my new scooter from. I feel like the customer service is on point and that I could email Jason questions that I might have down the road with no problem. Thanks eWheels!

Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else! Very reliable, trustworthy, and good with communicating! I received my Inmotion V11 a month early! It rides so incredibly amazing! My family has purchased more than a handful of EUCs from Ewheels, haven’t had a single issue, only great customer service!

The wheel itself is excellent. Very fun and works well. My only complaints are due to shipping with FedEx and the control board of the wheel dying within 2 days of me receiving it. Neither of these was the fault of eWheels, but it did affect my overall experience. Fortunately, the staff at eWheels was very responsive and helpful with the wheel repairs and had a replacement part shipping my way within 24 hours of my initially contacting their support for help. The repair itself was fairly simple and I was able to take care of it easily. Would highly recommend this distributor.

eWheeles........Simply the best for the states,(maybe also abroad) crazy great support on the product you purchase, they open and test prior to shipment so you don't get a china DOA and disappointment when looking forward to your new wheel experience, they take the time to make sure the wheel operates correctly before they ship also send you a great pair of complementary wrist and palm pads (A Must) when learning. All encompassing company that has your safety concerned first so you can enjoy this great and upcoming trend in individual single wheel transportation
