“I am so happy I bought this wheel, and even more stoked i bought it from these folx here at ewheels !! I think its the best wheel available on the market. absolutly no dips when riding. the experince on this wheel feels like im in a 1980s cadillac, and it has amazing range. i weigh 260 and still have not been able to max out the range on a single charge yet. ive done 60 miles in a day and prettry sure i could have done antoher 20 if my feet whould have allowed it. Im not a speed demon so that helps with the range, but its such a good feeling knowing when i leave for a ride, i dont need a charger or have any range anxiety. the upgrades to this wheel are simply the absolute best in the industry. better batteries, safety features, and even an additional fan added for help cooling. I live in Minnesota, but we have a few days that were in the 90's, and my wheel was fine! ive had it for just over a month and have already put almost 1000 miles on it with out any big problems. Im a big dude and this wheel has treated me so well, even when i do 60+ miles rides. the customer service is better than any company ive dealt with in general in any industry.
the top part of my handle did break when a friend tried to pick it up by that handle. its not made for that though so its no fault of the build or ewheels. they still found a new one for me to replace it and i made it work so far untill my new one comes in. its a very heavy wheel ( which is awesome for cruising) but you gotta be smart with physics.
ive had a lot of questions as well, but they get back to me right away and its been fantastic.
this is my second wheel from these guys, i will buy any future wheels from them as well. no one offers this level of upgrades ( at no extra cost to us) and no one has this level of communication.

“Like many, I've been a little afraid of Begode products because of the very public battery pack fires. My friends tell me these are isolated incidents, but when these fires literally destroyed inventory from an eWheels shipping container and the entire warehouse of another North American EUC dealer, it makes me not want these things in my home.
The Commander is an amazing wheel on paper, all of the YouTube reviews praised it, but I couldn't get past buying one because of the battery packs.
When I found out eWheels has custom battery packs for Begode wheels that provide an extra layer of safety and security, it was enough for me to seal the deal.”
