“I went from V8 to Nik+ to the master V4. I've got about 30 miles, or a few hours riding time, and here are my thoughts. The wheel is solid, and fit and finish is good. The tape on the pads is useless, use Velcro to stick on the pads. Suspension pump is fine if you use it right, HV at first HP once it gets firm to pump, and use the lock thing to keep the air in when done pumping. Knobby tire seems fine at around 30 psi, no cliff fall off thing so far. Street riding and speed bumps etc seem fine at that pressure (I'm about 180 lbs geared up and pressure on the suspension around 260 lbs). The supension seems real good, I have nothing to compare it too but no supension, but all the bad reviews seem like more of a personal preference kind of thing. More power than I'm comfortable to access yet, I think I won't touch the limits of it's performance. The pads work ok, I live in a real hilly area and going down hill is sketchy. I velcored the battery box, popped on my grizzla knock off back pads, and I feel much safer. The wheel seems smooth and stable compared to the Nik+, and I have very little time on it , just the first few days. The pedals are high, but it seem more of an issue for me dismounting than mounting or riding. It's a big step off to get used to. Riding, I feel fine. Way heavier than the Nik+ to lug around. This is just my first 40 mile review, 2 outings. I think it's a good choice, I'll do some of the after market stuff, because that's what I do, but you can ride it out of the box with no problems. I like it. I can ride it like the Nik with just a little practice, once I get a few hundred miles on it, it'll be a dream. Go for it.”
