“PROS: Very compact, zippy, maneuverable EUC. Torque and brakes feels very strong. Handles very well off-road (much better than my Veteran Sherman Max), probably due to the light weight. Build quality feels great.
CONS: On-road feels a little sketchy at higher speeds. You really gotta push the charging cable to get it to connect, it's a tight fit. The top edges tend to dig into my legs while riding, causing slight discomfort.”
The MTen4 is a great machine, but first we've heard of it performing better than the Max on the trails! Due to the smaller tire size, it's not going to be the most stable machine past 20MPH. Customers usually add some aftermarket pads to help with the stability and discomfort. Be safe out there!
“This MTen4 40t 600wh is my first EUC, never tried one before it either. I have very good balance, and learned how to ride in about an hour. Next day took it for a range test , and got about 18-20 miles from 100-20% average speed of 12-14mph. I am 6 foot 190lbs and I chose this small wheel to learn on out of everything because I love its compact size, and it can fit in my backpack and walk it around in places when I'm around town. The 84v battery mixed with the 1000w motor and my new PMT street tire is incredible. It's such a smooth ride. The street tire sold with the mten4 here is ok, but these chinese tires aren't very balanced and smooth as they could be. A real street tire like PMT junior 90/65-6.5 paired with this is amazing. For a first wheel, it's a lot of fun! I love the torque it offers , and feeling this small little wheel accelerate beneath my feet is a blast, can't ride it enough !
