Beidou: PowerPads Horseshoe Style. Set Reviews

4 Rating 1 Reviews
I bought these for my Leaperkim Sherman L because I wanted a one piece pad (I like continuous padding for my inner leg to squeeze against) that allows me to keep the stock adjustable jump blocks, They work as intended for me, and are a decent brake/throttle pad, though the ridges are not as protrudy (?) as I would like at only 1.25 inch, but after I wiped them down with rubbing alcohol to get the slippery mold-release off, they were grippy enough that I could live with the ridge depth. The space between ridges is 4.75 to 5.75 inches, which gives me an inch to wiggle with when wearing my motorcycle boots, 3 inches when in sneakers, which I like; I have them with the center padding strip height right at the widest part of my calf. I would say the hardness is similar to the foam of the Beidou pads that eWheels provided with the wheel. They don't come with Velcro hook backs, only glue, so sourcing some Velcro hook sheets is necessary if you already installed the Velcro loop sheets on your ride or want to adjust them.
