“Stepping into this high performance wheel, from the KS18XL was a joy. The KS was a great and solid product, but the RS is very responsive and quick! I know there has been issues with the bearing in the past so I am keeping this at a 4 star, but I know that eWheels has my back if I need repairs down the road.”
“I live in a beautiful place Santa Barbara and love riding around here in the hills and at the beach. I was Coming Down from a Hill Climb, I went down (with all my Safety Gear on) at about 37 mph the RS kept going, laid over on it's side, Slid like a Hockey Puck, hit the edge of the road and lifted off like the Millennium Falcon Banking between Three Eucalyptus Trees (at about five feet) like a Pin Ball Landing back in the Road, (Music still playing). It was not looking good. When I rolled the RS, it felt like the motor was still working and rode the RS Home about 7 miles away. I contacted EWheels and Ordered a New Shell. I put about a 1000 miles on the RS in about a month and a half. I really enjoyed riding the RS. I really enjoy riding these Electric Unicycles and I am really glad I bought a King Song KS-S18 with a "shock" it has probably saved Me a couple of stacks already and it looks Great. So if you can, buy both from EWheels and don't forget Safety Gear, just in case you have issue, so you can Keep on Rolling! Charles Lara.”

“So far it is a solid wheel. Coming from the MSX 100v speed version, I am slightly disappointed in the lower too speed though that is to be expected in this model. The braking and uphill acceleration is phenomenal! (I plan on putting a knobby tire on soon).
The pedals are a half inch lower than previous models. I get pedal scrapes on tight turns and have to be a little more careful of rocks on the trail. EucYou makes racks that add pedal height, I look forward to using those. I pushed a top speed steep hill climb and felt a little pedal dip/drag. Impressive climbing ability but there is a limit when using max speed up a hill. Lastly for the trail riders. I hop off and grab the handle during sketchy situations. The cutoff switch under the handle is awful in this scenario because the wheel becomes a dead weight pulling me down. I'll be disabling the switch. Good wheel so far, hopefully it great with some add ons.”
“500 smooth miles so far on the HS edition of the RS. Wheel feels great and rides wonderfully. The one downside to this wheel that I've experienced has been the cheap and shoddy design that Gotway/Begode is known for. One accidental drop of the wheel and might have to repair something. So far I've broken two cooling fans as well as the illuminated RS symbol near the beeper. The little plastic pieces are very susceptible to breaking thus 4 stars rather than 5. Despite having design flaws like awkward fan placement and leaving open holes inside the shell for dust and water to enter I do love this wheel. So far it has been pretty easy to work on/repair. I'm expecting that I will have to replace the bearings eventually as they are also susceptible to dust and water. Offroad this wheel is a blast, it wants to fly off of jumps and can ride up some very steep hills. On road it's even smoother, like skiing fresh powder. Took it up to 44.9mph and said thats enough for me!”
