“Ewheels was great. I got 500 off my order for installing rear shock and a dc converter.
The Bronco xtreme 11 was constructed with very poor care. The bolts holding the top plate on were stripped out and cross threaded. Would not recommend doing installs yourself unless you are extremely handy and good at figuring out how to get damaged bolts out.”
“I got the bronco back in May of 2022. So far it's Been amazing straight beast and highly underrated. The build quality is top notch, CNC machined. Suspension is amazing. Has air suspension in the back and can be dialed incbased on your weight. Can also adjust the re-bound for higher speeds or if you want slow it down for off-roading or just cruising. The deck is 22" in length and just shy of a foot in width. Plenty of room on the deck for those with large feet or just comforbility. The stem has no play whatsoever. Rock solid with very rare wobble at high speeds. Another major plus is the fact that the stem locks into the deck, this was impkrtant for me as i have to walk up two flights of stairs. The bronco is not without some flaws though. Firat off the kick platw is at to have of an angle making it uncomfortable to keep your foot their. The lights on this are a joke. You will neex to buy some after market lightsn to be able to adequately at night time. Now not necessarily a flaw, but scooters in this price range should come with a loud horn and some turn signals. Now their was an upgrade kit that came with a tft screen, thumb throttle controllers. Now this was supposed to eliminate the surging which happ3ns around 25mph which i forgot to mention. At the time ewheels did carey this and would install uponc shipment for the customers. Mind you this just came out, and with that came problems. With that being said bronco cut ties with the supplier and no longer will do the upgrade kit. I reached out to bronco motors directly and talked about this. They told me sense then all the problems have been worked out and are running perfectly. So E-wheels if you read this. Maybe reconsider selling the upgrade kit. Granted i beileve i understand why theade the decision to cut ties. They did not want to tarnish their their name or credibility, which brings me to ewheels customer servuce. Their customer service has been nothing less then phenomenal. Any issue I ran into with my scooter was addressed. I had a bad controller, I reached out and another one was shipped out next day. Also wanted the upgraded kick stand, they gave me a discount and shipped it out asap. I cannot recommend this scooter enough.”
“I have had my Bronco 11 Extreme for several weeks now, and I am completely in love with it. This is an incredible all around scooter. I had an issue with the battery initially where it kept turning off on me every time I went over a NY manhole cover or slight bump on the road, but I contacted eWheels and they shipped me out another one showed me how to install it and I never had any issues after that. The battery I had clearly was defective, I don't think I should have had to pay the shipping for a defective battery but aside from that great service none the less.”
“I received my Bronco 11 extreme today and this thing is ridiculous. The torque and speed are phenomenal. Not to mention how quiet and smooth from 2mph to 60mph before I let off. But still was climbing. These guys from ewheels jadon and william, were very helpful in questions I had before my purchase. And shipped immediately and had it in 5 days. That's unheard of in the shipping world and Customer service in general. These guys were great. I researched every scooter out there for 2 months. Watched every video out there. I chose bronco bc quiet, Smooth acceleration, top end speed. And suspention.. steering dampener is great. And a must for a machine this quick. I can't imagine from my research anything close to the Bronco, other than maybe a rion. But haven't rode one of those yet.”
“I had a Dualtron Mini a Mototec Thor a Dualtron Thunder and a Dualtron Storm. No comparison with this awesome Bronco Xtreme. It's more powerful and faster than the Storm but without the jerkiness when you pull the trigger. Seriously, get one. Well worth the $$$$”
