“If you have a Sherman you need this charger. Lithium batteries don't like extremes; if you keep them topped up all the time they don't like it, and if you drain them too far they don't like it. Having a Sherman means you have more range than you strictly need, so that covers not draining them too much. This charger, unlike the stock one, allows you to set it to charge to only 80 or 90%, thus prolonging the life of your batteries. Sure, this means less total range per charge, but if you have a Sherman, that's an easy price to pay: you're not going to put 100 miles a day on one of these things.”
“Want to give eWheels a huge testimony to the impressiveness of their Rapid Charger 100V!!! First let me say I wish they would design a wheel and build it to the quality of this charger! I knew it was expensive but wanted the ability to control the 80/90/100 percent charge to prolong battery life. However I was so pleasantly surprised to find I could control the amperage too! So yes I can slow charge (2-4amps) my RS-19 batteries as well as rapidly charge (8amps) them! Way to go eWheels and know that now I think the charger is an incredible bargain! Seriously impressed. I'm truly impressed with your customer service too. OK time for the pics.”
