“I've learned that to get the most life from Lithium batteries you don't want to charge them to 100%. You can double or triple their life by charging to 90% or less. With the standard charger this is difficult as it is designed to charge to 100% and there is no way to monitor state of charge (it also takes forever). Enter the Rapid-charger. This takes all the guess work out of the charging process. Just set the percent charge switch to 80%, 90% or 100% (your choice), turn it on and let it go. It does it's job in less than half the time of the factory charger, then turns off. No guessing and you don't have to actively monitor it. Now instead of the rated 500-750 charging cycles, I should get somewhere between 1,500 and 2,000. Well worth the upgrade.”

We're sorry to hear about the problem with your charger
1) Before ordering a chager on a scooter that has not been verified/tested, in this case an Inokim OXO, could you please check, especially on an overnight order!
2) All these chargers are tested before shippping out (a verification photo was sent to you). The most probably explanation is the charger was damaged in transit by Fedex rough treatment
3) Before hitting the impulsive 1 star review, could you reach out for resolution

“Very good fast charger. Runs way cooler than the stock charger because of the fan, but of course a bit more noise also because of the fan. Bunch of different settings and options. We'll have to see about longevity since i only had it for a few days but looks pretty good build quality”
