This must be the best scooter I have used so far. The build quality and attention to detail is awesome. It handles hills like a beast.

Impressive power and build. My box shipped without light remote. Eye master guage battery percentage readout showed 77% when battery ran out. Watching voltage now instead of battery percentage remaining. Overall I enjoy riding the Dualtron Eagle and consider it a quality machine. Like all new tech there is a leaning curve. Thank goodness for you YouTube reviews. Much information available here that I needed. I would buy this product again.

Purchased for a 72 year old newbie to electric scooters. Wanted a high quality product she could grow into. Was able to dial down the max power to make this a very forgiving learning experience (P5 Start Method to 0, P7 Slow Start to 5, P8 Max Output to 50%, and P9 Battery Save to 1). These settings (especially P8) make for a very soft start while still allowing for a 20 mph cruising speed in "Turbo" mode. The push buttons on the left side need better documentation: Single/Dual is fairly clear, but nowhere does it say In is for Dual, Out is for Single. Even with 50% power (P8), the scooter needs to be in Single mode to soften the start, but dual is very helpful for climbing steep hills. Likewise, the Eco/Turbo button is poorly documented. I think of it as the P8/2 button. In Eco mode, you have half the power, half the top speed of Turbo mode. This is why Turbo is the Out (off) and Eco is the In (on) setting. If there were no marketing rules to obey, the button should be called Normal/Half Power. We've been out for two longer rides so far and my wife loves the experience so far. Of course running at 100% power, Turbo, Dual mode the scooter is a beast and I start to worry about not wearing enough safety items before getting to its maximum performance. I have more experience with electric unicycles at this point, having moved up from skateboards (great but noisy and poor rough terrain handling) and the OneWheel (badly engineered for safety). I still love the EUCs for their simplicity, compactness and hands-free operation but I have new appreciation for the top speed, commuter, and casual use benefits of the scooters. Very happy with this purchase and the folks at eWheels for helping steer me to it.
