Overall I am very happy with my scooter and ride it everyday. This is my first scooter and I went with the e-twow GT 2020 because it's very light, portable, had suspension, and a decent amount of power. It's extremely fun to drive recreationally and makes commuting in Chicago a lot of fun. I use the scooter for fun, commute to work, as well as anywhere else because it's light enough to easily carry on a bus or train.

Very good scooter for it's weight class. Seems to be made of high quality materials. So far only two things are stopping this from being a 5 star product, those are: the lever that collapses the scooter is directly below the charging port, so if you try and collapse is with your foot you'll probably hit and open the flimsy charging cover. The other thing is the dead zone of the throttle, a good 1/3 of the beginning of the throttle is just a dead zone which is annoying to get used to. Other than those two things, the distance, speed, and handling of the scooter is great!

This is my second scooter purchase, the E-TWOW GT is an upgrade in every way. I thought I would dislike that there is no cruise control, however with the speeds you are able to reach it is a smart choice to not have cruise control and I find I do not miss it. Not having a bell is the only downside I can find with this product, as the horn that is provided does not make a sufficient sound, also if you are looking for a quit ride the board (because of the suspension) does make a sound, however I will take that over my feet going numb on long trips with no suspension. The E-TWOW's battery life is amazing, it can take a hill without an issue and still hit 20MPH+ up a steep incline, is light enough for me to carry up my 3rd floor walk up and all around a scooter I would suggest to anyone. The price tag is high but I think it is well worth it.
