NEW: E-TWOW GT 700W/504Wh 25MPH 2020(+ Drum-brake) / Silver Reviews

Really nice, fast, and light scooter. Brakes also work very well. If the tires were pneumatic tire, it would’ve been perfect, but rubber ones aren’t too bad. And unfortunately some brake parts were damaged upon arrival

Great scooter, light weight and good power. Had an issue with the front shock for some reason, but warranty support had a replacement part to me in just a day. The only complaint I have is that the break handle does not turn on the break light. Not eWheel's fault, but an annoyance with E-TWOW.

Ive owned a hiboy scooter for a year and the e-twow blows it out of the water. It’s double the price, but more than twice as gods a product IMO. At first I thought the lack of cruise control would bother me, but I honestly don’t miss it. This scoot is quiet, comfortable and fast! I haven’t really tested the battery, partly because I have captured quite a bit of battery power off the regenerative breaking. My only complaint is that it takes off in a HURRY! You really have to be prepared when you bury the throttle, even when capped at 25k/hr.

It's nice and zippy. I use it for my commute in NYC. Pro: The suspension is nice, the acceleration and braking feel good (definitely powerful), quick charging time, easy to operate. So-So: The thumb controls take getting used to, especially if you're trying to consistently go at a lower speed for the sake of battery life. Con: The lights aren't very bright, so they'll really only help others see you at night rather than adequately illuminating the path in front of you. The horn is also pretty weak. Why bother including it?

When I did the research I found a couple YouTube videos that said this was the Reviewer‘s favorite scooter. I would have to say it really is all around the best scooter you can get. I have done a lot of research and there is literally no other product on the market with a better combination of range, power, speed, suspension, brakes, build quality, light weight, and I love the fact that the tires are solid so I never have to worry about it flat.

My values for an e-scooter are light weight, 20+Mph, could handle bumps and can handle serious hills. This scooter checked all the boxes. My wife has been riding it around and loves it. CONS - Doesn’t have an iPhone app and the settings are pretty limited. - The beeps on startup and shutdown are very loud and scare my dogs badly. They can’t be turned off.

I purchased the E-Twow GT 2020 from eWheels. I received the scooter a little less than three weeks ago and it has exceeded all expectations. First, I wanted to say thank you to Jason and his team for their excellent customer service. The model was on backorder when I purchased it and I reached out with a few questions. Jason and his team responded incredibly quickly and were knowledgeable and informative. If I have issues with the scooter down the road, I am confident that eWheels will provide great support. As for the E-Twow GT 2020 model, the scooter is exactly what I was looking for -- it is a great balance of power, range and portability. This is the first electric scooter I've purchased, and I did a fair deal of research before deciding on the E-Twow GT. For anyone looking for a lightweight commuter scooter, I would highly recommend it. I've ridden it nearly every day since I received it. I thought I would share some thoughts below in case helpful for others: Power -- It is incredibly powerful for such a light and compact scooter, and I've felt safe on some busier roads knowing I can accelerate up to 25mph. I would note that the battery seems to drain much more quickly when riding at full speed (which is, of course, to be expected). Battery -- The battery has exceeded my expectations (when I keep the speed at about 15-18mph and coast where possible/rely on the e-brake to regenerate power, I've found I can easily get upwards of 25 miles according to the odometer (I weigh 140Ibs)). I'll have to test the range using an external odometer for accuracy, but, suffice to say, I have been really impressed with the range. Ride quality -- I've found the ride quality to be pretty smooth even with the solid tires. The shock absorbers bear the brunt of most cracks in the road. In my opinion, the ride quality is definitely good enough that I wouldn't trade the solid tires/shock absorbers of the E-Twow GT for pneumatic tires with the added worry of maintenance/flats associated with air-filled tires. Braking -- I was really surprised by how good the e-brakes are. So far, I have only been relying on the e-brakes. In a future model, it would be great if E-Twow could incorporate both the front e-brake and rear drum brake into one lever (as its a bit of an awkward set up to have a lever brake for the left hand and a pull brake for the right hand) but that's a minor point. Lights -- Front light is great and very bright. It is nice that the rear light goes brighter when the brakes are engaged but would be great if the rear light were brighter. As a point on e-scooters more generally, it would be awesome if there were turn signals that could be used to reliably alert traffic when the rider is turning (I've found it difficult to point like on a bike because it's somewhat difficult to reliably ride the scooter with one hand for more than a few seconds). Portability -- The folding mechanisms are super easy and quick to use. The handlebars generally fold down well, but the drum brake makes the handles fold down a little less well due to the extra wire. Definitely worth the tradeoff for extra safety, but something that would be good if E-Twow can fix in later models. It's also just a great looking scooter. I'm looking forward to getting a lot more use out of it!

Scooter is great. The only thing I could say is the collapsible handles are not very solid feeling. The whole upper mast and structure seem to be weak. I guess that is compared to my Segway ES4. Battery is better than expected. I need to change over to MPH, haven't done that yet.
