NEW: E-TWOW GT 700W/504Wh 25MPH 2019(eBrake only) / White Reviews

5 Rating 8 Reviews
It's a little bumpy compared to a pneumatic wheel scooter I had before but that was expected. Regen brake is a little strong but I'm getting used to it. I love how light and sleek it is. The carrying handle is a nice touch. I love how quickly everything folds. It's the perfect commuter scooter.

I love everything about this scooter. It's accurate to the listed specs and feels like it'll last a long time. The color is great and the size is slightly bigger than a manual scooter. I loved it so much i bought a second!

The E-TWOW GT is a real sleeper. An ultra portable scooter with BIG BOY performance. Upgrading from a Segway ES4, the GT filled every gap that was missing. The longer base and great suspension design made the ride buttery smooth. Range is better, went on a 19.2 mile ride with a friend and his new ES3 Plus, similar body weight, and he had 13% battery left while my GT showed 30%. The most impressive was the build quality. No rattles at all after 100 miles. Final thoughts? A commuter scooter that folds into a small dimension, lighter in weight and easier to carry, more power (way more) and range, more fun, and solid build, the E-TWOW GT is worth infinitely more than the extra cost over Segway ES4 or ES3 Plus.

Rides like a dream! Comparing with Segway ES3 Plus (Costco version of ES4), the E-TWOW GT is simply in a completely different league. The suspension makes the ride literally soft as butter. The build quality is solid as a tank, no rattles. The GT folds smaller, accelerates quicker, hits higher top speed, and goes further. My friend unboxed his new Segway ES3 from Costco at the same time I opened my GT, and after 15 min of riding both, he said the GT is a way more comfortable ride. It is worth infinitely more than the extra $300 over the Segway.

The eTWOW GT is a really great scooter. It's not perfect but pretty close to. My favorite things about it: lightweight, good power and range, drum break, and solid tires. The issues are minor, like the folding mechanism could be smoother, rear foot brake (which I never use) etc. but overall I'm enjoying using it plenty. I've owned another scooter before (Hiboy) and this is much much better. And while the GT is nice and all, the guys at eWheels are hands down amazing! I had an accident with my scooter that required fixing it and eWheels sent me parts I needed and were super responsive throughout.

I purchased the E-TWOW GT scooter. It came quickly and was in perfect condition. Items of note: 1. The instructions are not complete. They do not tell you how to change into miles and Mph. 2. The instructions do not tell you how to get your unit out of instant throttle mode which it seemed to default to when I switched to Imperial settings. Note-* - Search Youtube to find out how to change the settings above. Now the Pros... 1. This damned scooter is frigin fast! It is my second scooter. The first one only went about 15mph max. This one reads 26mph (actual 24mph with gps) and in a straight line is sweet, but traveling down a skinny sidewalk with whoops around trees is scarry. 2. There are some reviews where people complain that the regererative braking isnt strong enough. Well I'm here to tell you that at full speed you can almost throw yourself over the handlbars if you press the brakes to full down. I is almost too much brakes. I purchased the 2019 version (no drum brake and no kickstand) becuase it saves 4 lbs and absoultely no need for them. It stand straight up by itself when the front end is released. Rear drub brake will just slide down the road if squeezed hard due to the hard rubber tire. Well worth the money!!! I hope this helps.

Wow! I love this scooter. I'm 59 years old and wasn't sure if a scooter was for me. I was able to get comfortable on it on the third or fourth ride. Looking forward to making my commute faster. The E-Twow GT itself is fast and light, perfect for my last-mile commute by train.
