“This is my first EUC and I did a lot of research. Both looking at comparison charts and many videos. I wanted the best wheel I could get for several reasons. First safety. I wanted one with a high-powered motor, not so I could race around high-speed everywhere, but so at half its power providing a big margin, I could confidently climb up hills and over obstacles at any speed and never worry about cutouts, like can happen running a lower powered wheel close to its max output. Secondly, I did not want to do what I see many enthusiasts doing. That is, constantly chasing the best wheels. I wanted to make one purchase that I could grow into and never feel it lacked in range, speed, terrain capabilities, etc. Next, I compared what was out there in the high-end range. The ACMv2 constantly came out on top. High on my list was the V10, but I could not justify it, being the same price and yet delivering much less range and top end. Also compared to the Msuper, very similar specs, the ACM costs less and 16” tire falls better in to the middle ground of both worlds— on-road agility and off-road abilities. Compare it to the Tesla, which is the exact same motor but less range for the price, again, ACM is consistency the winner in my mind. Upon getting the wheel, I spent the first week indoors with it, just working on balance, holding on to walls. I found that the thickness (and weight) was a bit of a hindrance to a new rider, at least at first. When learning, I found myself thrashing around with the wheel due to weakness in the ankles and just poor balance. Kind of how one looks the first time on Ice skates. I ended up with a lot of bruising on the shins, so I used my elbow pads (if you don’t have it yet, I suggest everyone get a rollerblading safety kit with helmet and all the pads) and strapped them on each calf facing into the wheel. Once I could balance comfortably including on one foot, I took off the shin-guards went to a parking lot and within an hour was riding all over and working on turns. This is where the thickness of the wheel is nice. I like the extra stability from the weight and ability to easily grip with your legs. Oh and I discovered after some time, once you are comfortable with riding, switch the ride stiffness to medium. On soft, it makes it harder to take off from a standstill because it is so mushy.”
“I do like this little dynamo, anybody curious about the voltage it is confirmed 84v, wheellog app had me questioning this because I was getting 67v at full charge, but this is only because the app is not updated, why I do not know but thats what i'm told. The 1600WH battery wont quit, great for those sleepless nights just go for a cruz, I'm sure you will tire before it does. This is my first wheel, I learned in my home in the not that big of a basement going in circles holding on to furniture, walls, ceiling, steps ,my nuts, kidding, but I did finally get it, I would recommend hightop sneakers to keep those pedals from biting your ankles believe me it hurts. This machine will take you to that higher level, it will baby you while you are metaphorically like a baby learning to walk, it is stable, love the looks, no flashy LED's. The headlight is perfect, flashes or can stay solid and is very bright for those moonless nights. I would recommend it to a friend. HAVE A NICE DAY OR NIGHT.”
“After extensive research and lots of correspondence with Jason, I settled on the ACMv2 (1300). If you demand the highest performance machine, look no further. Given its top level specs, I don't think the ACMv2 can be beat in terms of value. It is an absolute beast. Plenty of power and range for even the most demanding. It is a blast to ride and ridiculously fast. I mostly cruise around 23 mph, but have done a few bursts up to 30 mph. The wheel is capable of faster speeds, but 30 mph is terrifying enough for me. I bought my son a Solowheel Glide 3, also amazing, but not in the same performance and range category as the v2. You won't be disappointed, highly recommended.”
“I love my new Gotway ACMv2 and can't wait to get my hands on the up coming models. I pervious brought solo wheel 3 as my first ewheel and man was that slow compared to my ACMv2. I use it to deliver uber eats and door dash here in Vancouver Canada. With super sonic speed up to 40km plus. I am consistently able to achieve $30/hour delivery food. It last me about 5 hours for each delivery session banking me $150 a day min. Thanks to its huge battey. Already made my money back and banking money daily. I had the pleasure of working with Jason, one of the owners. Fantastic customer service and willing to go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied with you purchases and provides superior customer service that you would expect from any great company.”
