“This thing is smooth, I only have 20 miles on it right now but Iovin it so far. I got 2k miles on my 18XL so I got some catching up to do. The foot pads with spikes are great, way better than grip tape. If you ask for the power … this wheel will give you all you ask for.
It’s amazing on every surface- I don’t go in water … incidental puddles and very light rain. - the bearings seem to be holding up, I thought they were going bad (turns out was just tree moss).
If you cruise nice and slow it will last forever, if you punch the acceleration the battery will respond in kind.

“Just got mine. has the 13.1 pads with grips. they are so solid. I can only say good things about the EX.n so far. Plenty of power. PLENTY. I dont aim to bomb up super steep hills. if that is what ur about try the HT. the HS is very nice for all else.”
