Begode MCM5v2, 800Wh Battery/1500W Motor Reviews

This is my first wheel and I'm happily printing 3D parts for it as I type this. True to the forums &Reddit, eWheels provided an excellent experience with such a fast response! Pulled the lever on the weekend, it was at my door that next Friday. Gliding into 2022!!

My fifth EUC and it is better than I expected. The improved pedal clearance and wider tire of the v2 are a big improvement over the previous version. Possibly the best bang for the buck EUC and what I would recommend for anyone who wanted a first wheel. Definitely way better than my old V8 which had pretty pathetic battery life. I'm surprised at how confident I feel riding the wheel, not at all squirrelly like the mten3. Rides better than the V8 even. Nitpicks include the dated shell design, loose pedal, trolley handle has no detent, annoying startup sound, idiotic choice of a single sided handle. I was worried about the fan noise some people mentioned but it ended up not being an issue for me as I hardly notice it. No regrets on buying this wheel.

Most powerful lil EUC out there! This thing has some big balls packaged into a small body! Here is a video review Taylor Moats and I did: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJlO5HXv1eo&t=3s

I've had this for a year now, and I'm still thrilled about it. Having never seen any euc in person, I decided on this one and bought it. I picked eWheels based on customer service reputation, and when I had a problem, it was taken care of right away. This wheel is great in urban and suburban areas. It's not too heavy for stairs, and quiet enough to roll into a store without disturbing anyone. There's enough power to handle major hills, and small enough to take on a bus or subway. After a year on it, riding has become second nature. Farmland, pavement, and anything in-between is easy. Even snow and ice are easy with appropriate caution. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing! I'll be returning to eWheels for my next wheel purchase as well.

Ordered a Gotway MCM5 from Jason at ewheels.com and received it 3 days later. Wow! Talk about fast shipping and excellent customer service. Let me tell you, this MCM5 is a beast. It accelerates fast and with authority. So much torque. This is the best hill climbing wheel that I ever rode. Puts my Tesla to shame when it comes to hill climbing and the Tesla is no slouch in that area. This 14inch wheel is very fast and it has no problems hitting speeds of 27mph and this thing can turn on a dime. We did a 26 mile ride and the 800wh battery had plenty of juice left to spare. This thing is awesome. Thanks ewheels. J. West
