“I am in Canada and belong to an end group in Vancouver.I have bought wheels from ewheels before and the customer service is beyond excellent.I recieved this wheel in 4 days which is the fastest shipment so far.I tried to calibrate the wheel before unlocking it which resulted in an error.i contacted customer service and they sent me info I needed.
I contacted them in the morning again at 4Am...and got a message back right away...I was shocked...4am not many people are up...that's dedication..lol..I managed to get the error problem solved after work and am still in awe of the 4 am return message...quite impressive...the price and quality of this wheel is incredible..much skinnier and more comfortable than the bigger gotway wheels...This was the right choice for me and it's my 6th wheel.pedals are big.angle of the pedals is spot on and I don't need any sidepads.its like a bigger faster version of my inmotion v10.

“The reason I got this wheel is because it's has the performance spec that Gotway is known for, but has a shape thats not a sharp "boxy" shell. For me, this is really important for feel both comfortable and confident on an EUC. Often boxy shells require you to put on so many pads to compensate that your feet are so wide, and the wheel never feels planted. Having the right shape allows you to keep your feet close to the tire, and gives you more freedom of movement during turns and tighter maneuvers.
For that reason, my opinion is that the 100v Nikola is the best wheel big wheel available today capable of going 40mph. I love this wheel, and use it as my daily now. I haven't hit 40 yet, and it's really nice to know that my wheel is just slightly overpowered for my use case (i'll go about 35mph at most). If you're not interested in the range or speed that this wheel offers, I suggest you check out the MCM5 version 2 also on Ewheels. That wheel is still my favorite due to it's perfect shape, but I got spoiled on the speed if this wheel. And once that happens there's no going back.”
“This is my first wheel and was looking for speed and range! 60 miles no problem cruising under 20 miles per hour. My fastest speed as of yet is 32mph and cruising at 25mph is a breeze.. The weight of the wheel is well balanced and provides a great ride. Turning and carving feel great with the height of the shell giving your inner knees something to brace or lean into to counter balance on tighter turns. Its so quiet while running! You will surprise most when passing if you don't warn them while passing. Technology with these wheels change fast and newer models are introduced more regularly than before and with that said I loved this Nikola so much! After a month of ownership I bought a second Nikola to guarantee ill have the same feeling ride just in case they discontinue making this model. It feels that good! Thank u ewheels!”
“This is not an in-depth review of the Nikola, rather a testament to the excellent customer service provided by eWheels. I unboxed my Nikola and found the plug for the charger was incorrect and the LED lights on one side of the wheel did not work. I contacted eWheels and William had the right plug and a new LED strip at my door within 24 hrs.( Arizona to Ct.) I took a short ride on the Nikola yesterday and can definitely see its potential and I can’t wait to put some miles on it.

“Went from the 16x to the nikola +. I was pretty apprehensive about the decision at first, because of the pedal dipping on tight turns. However after doing a precise calibration and playing with setting this has become mostly a non issue! The wheel is FAST manuverable and has some really convenient features! Best 16 inch wheel for experienced riders!”
