After a few months of riding this and having over 300 miles on it, I can say that I am totally enjoying the ride that this device offers. It is very quick and responsive making it very maneuverable on bike paths, streets, etc... The top speed that I am comfortable at is around 20-24 mph, however, I think you can squeeze a little bit more out of it at higher battery levels but would be careful pushing it at a lower batter level. The battery life is pretty good and will be sufficient for most people but if you want to go 20+ miles a day, you will need to charge up at an outlet while you are out and about. I recommend getting a fast charger that you can use with this device so you can cut your charging time from 8 hours with the stock charger to 2 hours with the fast charger (0-100%). Overall I really love this wheel for getting into the sport but I am also looking forward to getting a highend EUC from Ewheels in the future!

The Tesla V2 is my first EUC. The wheel survived a few hard tumbles down the block while i bailed out going downhill while learning how to ride. This wheel is a small beast, eats up steep SF hills effortlessly. Easy storage, i take it on BART all the time. It goes 30miles hard riding and still has 20% battery left. I would recommend it for people who want it for commute.

This is one of the best value wheels out there for those looking to have a EUC to grow into as they learn. Sporting some decent cruising speeds and range of more expensive wheels, but still at a lighter carry weight, the Tesla v2 is a wheel that can keep a beginning to intermediate rider pretty satisfied without breaking the bank. Lots of EUC riders who own multiple wheels tend to keep the Tesla v2 for the well rounded package.

Never even tried euc but went for this as i'm 6 ft 185 lb and don't want to run out of power, while not spending too much. After the usual " oh no I messed up, It's so hard" but after only 5 hours over 7 days I'm riding with control and even tried juggling today with 360s . Can't wait to get better and try higher speeds.

Review written after several months of solid riding: After an extensive research that lasted months and included lots of verified data and spreadsheets, it was undeniable that the absolutely best bang for the buck in the 2020/2021 transition was the Tesla V2. The V2 has a much safer compartmentalization of its internal components and safer batterie series/manufacturers than other EUC’s from the same brand (Gotway/Begode) the massively tested and bomb proof non-hollow motor that provides plenty of torque and more speed than much pricier EUC’s being sold today. I already knew that I would be buying a suspension wheel but, as much as I am ready for them, they are certainly not ready for me yet. Much more needs to be improved and refined and I am incredibly thankful for all the beta testers (AKA early adopters) out there, beating the crap out of them and being responsible for some of the improvements already made in such new chapter for EUC’s. Hence why I needed to put my hard earned money in a solid wheel, zippy enough to keep me entertained as I wait for my future refined, bomb proof and absolutely reliable suspension wheel. The Tesla V2 surpassed all my expectations. It rides like a dream and I couldn’t be happier. In fact, if someone would offer me a trade on a V3 with hollow motor and bigger/clunkier/heavier battery in it, I’d say thanks but no, thanks! Needless to say, choosing eWheels as my dealer was part of the extensive research and input from my EUC mentors. A+

It's perfect for my riding needs. Coming from an Inmotion V5F this was a very good upgrade. Gotway Tesla V2 is a bigger wheel design, stable, agile, nimble, it's got more torque and bigger battery capacity than my previous EUC. I'm very happy with it so far. Can't wait to try it on longer rides.
