Beginner EUC rider, glad I went with this model. It's heavy, and I was definitely discouraged with how long it's been taking to "get it." But the more I keep at it, the more fun I have. Acceleration and braking/stopping is smooth, turning is very easy, going over potholes and various uneven surfaces is doable. And it's a blast turning heads in the neighborhood with the music pumping - even if the speakers are less than great. Thanks Jason!

I've ridden several wheels, and this is my favorite so far. Probably due to the fact that it's the newest iteration and they seem to have learned things, but still. I like the momentary cutoff switch, appreciate that they put griptape stock on the pedals, as well as padding for your shins. It's been very comfortable to ride for me and the battery seems to last long enough, so overall I'm happy.

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for my new Gotway Tesla v2," a special thanks goes out to Jason and all the more than helpful staff at ewheels who with no hesitation or bs aided me in my quest to understand and choose this near perfect wheel . Chances are your on the fence about which wheel is best for you. Ultimately only you can decide.

like the ACM V2 it hurts my calves, I probably should have gone with another skinny Inmotion product but wanted additional speed, no pain no gain I guess.

For my first wheel, woah!! Humbled me back down from cloud 9 on day 3 and was out for 3 days with a stubbed toe! What can i say, i don't regret a split second of impulse when finally settling on my first wheel and making the purchase. This wheel has plenty of power, which is great for beginners since it easily catches your weight. It's Definitely confidence inspiring! Floating into my third month, and i absolutely love riding this wheel daily! The learning curve is steep, in total (including 3 days out from my early over confident crash) I was riding the bike trails by the end of my first week. Don't let the steep learning curve ruin the endless possibilities of exploration in a way you could never have accessed before!

This is a performance oriented wheel, and it lives up to that. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, but the ergonomics are lacking, and enough so that it will likely force you to adjust your riding stance to be wider. The only pad on it is placed near the top of the wheel, and it works against you, widening the wheel more in the perfectly wrong place. I’ve taken the pad off, my legs went through a couple of days of conditioning to get used to it, but now my experience and control has improved. It still feels boxy, and it still feels like I can’t get my feet in the exact place I want to, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. Everything regarding speed, portability, responsiveness has been a dream. Last note, usually I prefer hardest setting on pedals, but I found the next setting down for the Tesla to be more compliant with hard braking and acceleration.
