Inmotion V11, 1,500Wh Battery, 2,200W Motor, Pedal Suspension. Reviews

4.8 Rating 78 Reviews
My pick for best beginner EUC that you would actually want to keep even if you decide to go for a bigger faster EUC. The fit and finish of this wheel is fantastic and makes you feel you got your money's worth. The slim design makes it much easier to control and handle compared to current gen wheels that are ~90lb+. I sold my V11 and got a Veteran Lynx but am finding out that I miss the V11 and seriously considering buying the V11y.

I recently bought my first wheel from eWheels (inMotion V11) and I couldn’t be any happier with my wheel. I took an hour lesson locally and learned to ride balanced in 30 min. And a couple days later i made my order. FAST shipping, and i mean FAST! Ordered Tuesday and had my wheel on Saturday! I just went on a 21 mile ride today, second time riding on the streets after spending a week learning in a parking lot, and i had an absolute blast!! The V11 is such a SOLID and fun wheel! It has a good reputation as it is already and it definitely shows!! The suspension is awesome and the ride qualiity of the wheel is as smooth as butter! My E-board only gave me 13 miles of range and the V11 , well I haven’t done a range test yet but like i said, i just went on a 21 mile ride today and i still have 71% battery and thats riding and cruising at 18-22 mph on streets, thats huge step from my E-board for sure and no range anxiety either! I definitely feel like i could get 45 miles out of the full charge i just did to do this ride, if not 50 miles riding at the same speeds! I If you are on the market for an EUC and are on the fence on where you should order from, LOOK NO FURTHER….you are in the RIGHT PLACE! Ewheels is the place for your ALL your EUC needs! Thank you eWheels for the amazing wheel and for the fantastic service!

I spent a very long time researching which EUC to buy. I almost didn’t buy the v11 because Amazon reviews were bad. I watched more videos and read reviews on other websites. YouTube reviews gave me a better understanding of what a good EUC is. The next step was deciding where to get it. I chose eWheels instead of other brands because of the website’s set up and I felt safe. I love the suspension of the v11. It provides a comfortable ride. I had never rode an EUC before however I learned quickly. I turn heads everywhere I go. The v11 is a great EUC to purchase. For what it offers the price is worth it.

Seated riding on the V11 is a great experience. Excellent footage of your machine, the V11 has been a great performer for years. Most reviews on Amazon can't be fully trusted, luckily you did more research which led you to purchasing your unit from us. Make sure to gear up before every ride, gotta stay safe out there!

Excellent so far! My first wheel was a V10, my second: a Kingsong S-22. This wheel is a perfect balance between the two. Lighter than the S-22, so I can put it in my car and carry it up stairs at college, but the larger tire and better battery+speed allow me to go the distance and not worry if I forget to charge it one night, and I feel safer when riding next to cars compared to the V10. The larger tire is still agile like the V10's, but also more stable in all conditions, meaning traveling at speed is safer and speed bumps are a lot easier. The suspension is also very nice, but naturally the award would have to go to the Kingsong on that one simply for the better design and smoother ride. The seat is way better than the S-22's stock seat and still better than the aftermarket seat I got for the S-22. The biggest difference is the larger surface area on the V11's seat, and the higher back side makes me feel like I won't fall off. Overall, the V11 is a huge upgrade from the V10, and I would recommend it to anyone as a second wheel or as a wheel for more easygoing rides where you don't need as much power or want to have a comfortable seat. I'm glad I started with the V10, but 3 years later I'm glad I have the V11 and S-22 for more functionality and comfort. I'll use my V10 to teach my friends on before they graduate and move onto bigger and better wheels like the V11.

Awsome wheel. My 1st suspension euc. Although there's a bit of a learning curve with dialing in the suspension, once you're riding this thing, its like you're on a cloud. I'd recommend learning a bit on how to carve with your wheel in order to remedy the speed wobbles. Also wear supportive ankle shoes (boots, high top shoes etc.) that allow you to grip the wheel from the sides better. The pads and honeycomb pedals are awsome and help with the controlling of the wheel. Safety gear is paramount! All around awsome wheel. Looking to purchase a more powerful wheel in the coming days after some more experience.

The inmotion V11 is beyond anything I had expected. I watched all the videos, all the footage, and thought I understood what it would be like to ride. I was wrong. The liberating feeling you get riding this wheel is unmatched. With it, I feel like the entire world is within my reach. The suspension eats small bumps and tough roads like they are nothing, keeping you feeling like your floating on a cloud. Cons: A con I found is that this wheel really is quite heavy. There is a lot of important things in the wheel that account for this, but it definitely is a burdern to carry up stairs. Another issue I had was the top chassis build quality. It is connected to the main body by these 4 points which are only held by a small piece of plastic connecting the two. The first day I got the wheel, while practicing on a turf field, I took a small fall at around 10 km/hr and one of the connectors broke. It easily stays in the place now with some tape but I would have preferred a studier constitution, even if it means slightly more weight (although already heavy, what's 2 more pounds?) However, despite these cons, I would say the pros vastly outweigh them. The inmotion v11 is like riding on a cloud, and on my second day of learning I was able to ride the v11 out around a college campus. The suspension is unreal, and contributes to a smoother and safer ride. Some complain of the "pogo-stick" effect of the air suspension. I can see where they come from, and if straight-legged, it will definitely be an issue. However, if you just bend your knees then that issue becomes negligible. The torque I have found to be PLENTY. It is quick and responsive, and even on commuter mode it's quite fast. I'm coming from a ninebot g30lp scooter, and compared to that, the v11 is a rocket ship. In the past 4 days, I've ridden over 50 miles. I get up each day and want to practice more, ride more, and explore the world around me more. The inmotion v11 is my first EUC, and while initially tough to learn, I don't think I'll ever go back to scooters or any other PEV. Ewheels made my purchase of the v11 so smooth and easy, so if you want to purchase any electric vehicle I cannot recommend them enough.

InMotion V11 2nd gen Best street riding electric unicycle is just the start of the V11 review. I have had ImMotion models since the V5F, the V8, the V10. Each one has been a complete improvement over the earlier model and the V11 continues with that trend. I have been riding for 7 years in Los Angeles on the rough city streets, the side streets, river trails, horse trails in the park (shhh dont tell the horsey ladies), and this is by far their best riding EUC on all surfaces. It does better on streets than my Kingsong S18 which also has a shock system. Feels like what I imagine a Bentley ride would feel like. Cracks are flattened. Bumps are smoothed over. Speed humps the ones as long as a short car not the short one foot long ones, for slowing cars, can be hopped over using a bounce technique just before the hump. I have done this while going nearly 30 mph. I go faster than the cars its meant to slow down. Top speed of 34mph allows for comfortable 30mph cruising speeds. These shocks integrate with your own natural shocks; your knees in a way thats as natural as jumping up and down. Its a slightly different way to ride than a shock-less unicycle, and its even smoother and different to ride than a Kingsong S18. The fatter tire handles up to an inch of loose sand and chalky dirt before it gets very slippery and squirrelly. On packed dirt, the V11 is as good and stable as on concrete. It smooths out the rough patches making it easier to go faster uphill and further when the hill gets steeper. Quick tip- tape the bottom right shock cover to the body since riding thru long grass or bushes can unscrew that side while passing by. Right now I am using it as a commuter to and from work. Five miles each way can be done in under 15 mins. The kick stand is ingenious and ergonomic and can be set down and up with your foot. The handle is nifty but I still havent managed to James Bond the handle up while simultaneously dismounting like I could on the v10. My problem is that I dont want to get off it. So I do not get enough practice. In the 8 days I have had it I have put 140 miles on this V11 and I still go to sleep wanting to ride it a little more. This machine dares you go up that cobblestone hill. It laughs at you if you slow down over rough pavement. It really does speak. When you tip it over a little more than 45° while trying to hit the walk button at the stoplight, it will tell you to “Be Careful”. When I first turned it on before its first charge I think it said some thing about “Seagulls”. It said it a couple of times actually before I eventually plugged it into the charger. Its 60lbs and not something you want to take up three flights of stairs. The tire’s wheel will accept a cable for locking up and you can disable the V11 completely in the app setting the travel mode function. It wont even turn on while travel mode is enabled. The headlight wont blind any other cyclists except those stubborn old fellows on their reclining three wheelers with the long skinny flag poles bending over them. Good. The bad is that if you do ride up hill at night in a dark pathway you will need to fashion a secondary light. I have one harnessed to the top of my sternum. Goes exactly where I am headed like in a turn. The V11 boasts a 40+ mile range and for a rider 150lbs it will do that. At just under $2000 its the best deal out there for what it gives you. And that leaves plenty of money for an additional light. This unicycle is so smooth to ride and so comfortably fast that you will just tell people the headlight is very friendly to oncoming traffic. Even if people infront of you uphill have to shout and whistle so you can avoid them. This is still the best street riding electric unicycle out there.

Wow Bill, thanks for taking the time to provide such a detailed and glowing 5 star review of the V11! This is probably the most in-depth review in recent memory. We're delighted you are enjoying it and glad to hear you are getting plenty of miles already. We'll be here for your inevitable tire/tube change. Enough chatter, time to get out and ride!

I am in love with my new Inmotion V11. This is now one of my favorite wheels as it is light, nimble, and has very plush suspension! I highly recommend eWheels as the best U.S.-based PEV, EUC company to purchase your new wheel from. This wheel has great acceleration, really nice cornering, and takes the road bumps really well! I also have a Kingsong 16x and Kingsong S22 and each wheel has its own unique characteristics but the build quality and ride is very nice with the Inmotion V11 and would recommend this wheel to new riders or advanced riders even with all of the newer wheels that are out this is such a solid option and will bring a ton of fun to any rider or ability!
