Inmotion V11, 1,500Wh Battery, 2,200W Motor, Pedal Suspension. Reviews

4.8 Rating 78 Reviews
This wheel is amazing. However, I recommend learning on a non suspension wheel before trying to learn the V11. Feels pretty weird hopping on this wheel for the first time, but after a while you get used to it. One thing I have noticed is it can be difficult accelerating up steep hills, and I find myself awkwardly clamping the rear section of the saddle between my knees. Fortunately the right pads will, help with that though. Also the headlight is pretty nice, but the vertical angle does not change so the beam is way too long downhill, and way too short uphill.

Beautiful and functional, this wheel gets me around my urban environment more quickly and safely than any other mode of transportation available! The setup was simple and coming from a V8F I was able to get the handling of the wheel in just a couple of hours. The manufacturer recommended tire pressure of 40 PSI was a bit high for me and caused speed wobble when operating close to max speed. I took it down to 35 PSI (I'm about 170 lb / 80 kg) and this makes for a much better riding experience.

This is the smoothest ride I've ever felt on an EUC. The quality is just nuts on this thing...as soon as you pull it out of the box you can see the pictures do not do it justice in the least. You'll have to relearn a bit to ride as you are up higher and it definitely needs pads (wheel is heavy and like to flop on turns) but that's the fun part of getting a new wheel...the power is effortless.

On the V11. This wheel is extremely refined. I’ve ridden it for 65 miles so far and it is so smooth. This is my second wheel after the Mten3. And Day 1 I hit 32 mph. It is so planted. There are many reviews on you tube, but something that isn’t mentioned often is how well Inmotion has programmed the speed throttling. I was pinning the thing at 30 mph and at the end of my ride I check the inmotion app. 17% battery. My average speed was 25mph with stop lights! My mten at that battery would have me crawling. I highly recommend the V11. Inmotion has done a fabulous job.

What a great wheel! Build quality is excellent, suspension works awesome once you tune it, great power and speed, smoothest wheel I’ve ridden by far. The kickstand is by far the most underrated feature of the wheel. By far.

I'm more here to rate the customer service than the product, as I haven't received my wheel just yet. A couple months ago I placed an order for a Kingsong S18 through eWheels, which was on backorder at the time (as expected). After having done more research over the time, I was unsure about my decision between the S18 or the InMotion V11. Fast forward some time, and eWheels mentioned that there would be significant delays due to changes in quality standards for the S18. Fast forward some more time, and it was delayed even longer: mid November at the earliest. After reading about such, I sent an email asking if I could get my $500 down payment back; within 5 minutes the money was in my account, and I had placed a different order for the V11. The V11 situation had similar conditions, so in the end my impatience didn't matter, however the support was very quick to reply with any and all information I needed. I don't usually reach out to companies like this to complement their customer service, but this particular case stood out as much better than most places I come across. I would recommend eWheels for their service alone.
