Exactly as described by ewheels on their website. No surprises, everything works as described. This is our first EUC no nothing to compare it to but having great fun with it our first few days.

I got this V8S back in November 2021 I have put about 100 miles per month on it. So about to hit 900 miles or 1000 KM. I really love this wheel. It's still running strong haven't had any issues with it. Now that it's summer the battery lasts longer too and I'm able to get 40 + miles on it. I don't do jumps or any tricks on it and wouldn't recommend it. Now that gas prices have sky rocketed I'm actually getting my money's worth. Pretty awesome.

Arrived well packaged and works perfectly as advertised! I already want something more powerful though... Will be keeping this wheel as a lender for friends to learn on (and as a rainy day commuter if I pick a Begode wheel as the upgrade).

V8S has been a great wheel to learn to ride on and I've had no problems with it.

Purchased this just two weeks ago on sale from Amazon (sorry eWheels. Next time...). My first EUC and I'm already hooked (so "next time" is liable to be very soon as I already want to upgrade). I think the wheel is fantastic for learning and would also be an amazing city commuter. Unfortunately for me, my neighborhood is just off possibly the worst dirt road in the continental United States, so to go any great distance, I have to navigate "moon craters" and a "washboard". Trust me this is not the best wheel for that use case, but otherwise I think it is amazing. I'll be looking for something a little better for off road (or in my case horribly maintained roads), but have no intention of getting rid of the V8S. It is a quality device that is easy (as an EUC can be) to learn. At 63 years old, and with no prior experience, I was able to ride it around the neighborhood with reasonable confidence after just a few hours. It accelerates, turns on a dime, and stops very smoothly. It is also pretty much silent (other than maybe the tire on the pavement). It doesn't have a built in bluetooth speaker you can play music from, but I have no desire/plan to do that anyway. It is lightweight enough to easily throw in the car and ride elsewhere (which I frequently do). I did have one minor issue, the battery would only charge up to 91%. The Inmotion support team (I contacted them through the app) was able to remotely calibrate and correct that very quickly. Otherwise, I've experienced no issues. If you're on the fence, I strongly recommend you just go for it. A fantastic wheel that won't break the bank, and even if you upgrade later, I can see this will still serve it's purpose for years to come.

The V8S wheel is around 36 pounds when I weigh it, not sure why everywhere I look online it says 33 pounds?

I would say this is the best euc for first-time riders. I learned how to ride it within 1 week, and now I'm enjoying gliding around.

Limited experience only few hours of riding. Love it, figured it out in about 20 minutes (rode unicycles before). Love all the safety features.
