“This is my 2nd EUC. I learned on a V8 (which is excellent) and had it for 6 months. The KS 16X is definitely chunkier and this is noticeable as soon as you lift it up and wheel it. However, it rides amazingly light and nimble. It is much faster and more powerful going up hills and into strong winds. It is also much more stable and actually turns easier than the V8. They program a slight pedal tilt back when you turn so you don't have to lean too far forward to maintain speed. The headlight is very bright and effective for night riding. The speakers sound great cranked up. More than excellent all around wheel for fun and transportation.”

“So I've had mine for just over a week. I bought it to replace my first wheel (Gotway Tesla | +1200 miles) and wow what an upgrade. Biggest improvement is the comfort, massive peddles and plush side padding all up and down (with extra thick pads at the top). So far I have just past 100 miles and so far I've had no issues with the ride. I did have an issue getting it unlocked initially because the Kingsong app on the Google Play store is stuck crashing, however downloading directly from Kingsong's website solved that issue.
I've been able to get it up to 30 mph no issue and I haven't had any wobbles at that speed either. I also have the unfortunate experience to let you know that it works well in the rain. I got caught in the middle of it during the end of the group ride with BAESK8 but I was able to finish the 2 mile stretch no issue. That group ride I may add was around 30 miles up and down hills, I didn't even bring a charger and still finished with 44% battery left, it's so freeing not needing to carry a bag!
It's super maneuverable for a 3-inch wide wheel, even more so than my Tesla because of the pedal height. I'm able to dip hard into turns and rock back easily to go in between cones or down winding paths.
In short this is a fantastic wheel that'll handle everything you throw at it, would highly recommend.”
