It was easy to learn, came exactly as described, and was easy to unlock. Tried balancing the first day!

This wheel has been awesome! I’ve put 400 miles on it in just a few weeks. I didn’t think anything could top my Onewheel but this takes the cake. It’s my first wheel and I was riding and turning in circles in a tennis court my first hour. The speaker is the coolest thing ever and the engine noises and horns you can play thru the apps are the funniest thing. Led lights are also way cool. I’m using the bicycle lane more than the sidewalk now due to higher speed so it’s nice to be seen hopefully lol. Have done a few 25 mile rides and am coming back with 70-75% battery. I’m 185 lbs with gear. Would highly recommend as a first wheel that you won’t outgrow anytime soon!

I was looking to upgrade from my starter, Inmotion V8S, wheel. As much as I loved it, it didn't do well on the very rough dirt road I live off of, or the poorly maintained roads in general here in Michigan. After watching countless YouTube videos/reviews of various wheels, the appeal of a suspension (i.e. V11/S18) or a flashy new full-featured wheel (e.g. V12) was strong, but something can be said for an older, more reliable option. After asking for advice from the eWheels staff (thanks William and Drew!), they suggested the 16X was a very solid choice (interestingly, it was the wheel I was leaning towards before I spoke with them), and after several rounds of questions and answers, I was confident enough to "pull the trigger". All I can say is "Wow!", this is such and upgrade from the V8S. It is extremely solid and well-built, with a thoughtful design. Inmotion may be known for their quality, but I think the 16X certainly surpasses the V8S in this category (no complaints about the V8S, rather high praise for this Kingsong wheel). Whereas I was looking to upgrade from the V8S after just a month, I can imagine I won't grow tired of this wheel anytime soon. Its stable ride, with very smooth acceleration and stopping inspires confidence. It handles very well on my aforementioned terrible roads. It has a fantastic range and the 31 mph cap is fine with me. That fact that this wheel has been around for some time and Kingsong seems to have worked out all the kinks long ago, also inspires confidence that it will last me a while (as does purchasing from eWheels and being able to take advantage of their excellent support). I have no regrets and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the 16X to anyone not needing all the latest and greatest "bells & whistles", and who doesn't feel the need to ride at extremely high speeds.

This is my first wheel, so I don't have anything else to go off of but overall I am happy with it. I've only had it for about 2 weeks now and put 300 miles on it but it has been amazing for the most part. My only complaints are sometimes the lift sensor doesn't fully work and the wheel continues to spin while lifting it but it may be user error. Also the leveling seems to wander occasionally leaning me forward or back too much at random times at different speeds. It's only happened a couple of times and only for a few minutes. From what I understand, it seems to default to 'soft mode' instead of the 'hard mode' I have it set to. Overall, I'm definitely glad I chose this as a first wheel and don't see myself outgrowing it anytime soon.

Wow imo the best all round wheel . I’ve been riding since 2020 and I’ve got over 5k miles . I also have a sur ron with 3 k miles put on since 2021. Finally in June I’ll be getting a shermax . So for me I’ll have the perfect trifecta . Sur ron for speed , safety , and off-roading, and I ride with a wking t9 Bluetooth speaker so it bumps pretty loud . The shermax for long distance cruising . And the 16 x for riding to my in town appointments, grocery shopping, fast food , bank , post office , ect . I love the speakers , maneuverability, carving , led lights to be seen , and the nice torque. I’ve had it to 31.8 mph with no problems , but to avoid cutouts I set my first beeps at 28 and slow after I beep . With gear I weigh about 180 and I only ride seated or just hovering over the seat for big bumps . I don’t plan on ever selling the 16 x because it is so playful and nimble to ride . One day I hope they come out with a long distance suspension wheel made for sitting . E wheels is really the only euc people I fully trust . They always are cutting your shipping fee down or offering something for free that you will actually use . They respond fast , and their battery safety practices are just one of the things that make them the best . They honor your warranty, they are nice ! Good people all around. The 16 x is a perfect wheel if you are ok with cruising around 20 to 27 mph . If you want to constantly ride close to 30 or over , a wheel with higher top speed is what you need ! Have fun , gear all the way up cuz we fall , and see you out there !

I chose the 16xs. This is an excellent wheel to get you going if you want something affordable that has a lot of flexibility and power. It's perfect for commuting shorter distances. It charges relatively quickly so it's helpful to throw the charger in a backpack to juice up in the middle of longer trips. I wouldn't recommend this wheel if you want to go fast. It's most comfortable around 18-20 mph even though I've ridden it safely to 25 mph.

Before my KS-16X, I was riding an InMotion V10F. I really enjoyed the change to the KS-16X as it feels more stable and comfortable with the 3 inch tires and love the powerful blutooth sound coming out of its speakers and much louder than the sound out of the InMotion V10F.
