“This is my upgrade after 1 year of riding my Ninebot One e+. I'm in AZ so super hot right now but I'm able to ride in the early AM. As big as this thing is I can still ride it around in my house making tight 90deg corners and navigate furniture. Outside it's been a lot of fun. It doesn't handle like my e+, more wants to stay upright around swooping corners but I'm still riding it conservatively to get the higher speeds unlocked. I'm willing to wait as I get more experience. As far as usability this is the best wheel in my opinion, high range, hill climbing ability, fast charging with 2 chargers, fast enough for me and build like the batmobile. This thing is tough. I have a neoprene cover to save scratches but I don't think I'll ever hurt this wheel with my commuter riding. In cooler weather I can typically ride 12mi or more rides but the e+ came back on fumes for the last 1mi home. I can't wait to go on long rides with this wheel.
As far as eWheels - I wish everyone I bought from was as helpful, quick and responsive as eWheels. Kudos goes out to them. I had some questions, they quickly (in same day) answered them. I ordered, on a Thursday and my wheel arrived on Sunday with free shipping (WTF? I was amazed). My auxillary items came in on Tuesday (cover and extra charger). I won't buy anything from anywhere else. I contacted them because of the reviews I read here. If you are thinking of getting into this sport or upgrading from a used wheel you bought on Craigslist, buy from eWheels. No other company would have made me click buy on a $2K purchase quicker than eWheels.

“Great for starter/medium skilled rider. Pretty sure even more pro seems to be appreciating this model too. There are faster but 30 mph is pretty great enough. Pros: 3" wide wheel is great for stability, 16" diameter of tire is good for agility and easy to take tight turns. There is plenty of power to propel a big guy like me 220lb. Bluetooth audio is surprisingly great feature I use more than I thought, even the light bar is better and useful for visibility so not only a gimmick. Compared to a KS 18 XL is more planted feeling so I would take this one over the big brother.”
“My 2nd wheel, the 16X is a heavy mama. I treat her with respect and gave her a cover to protect her beautiful body. I make sure to respect her because im still a runt in the EUC world, she could get me mad and throw me off the wheel. Glad to say she is a responsive beast, nimble, quick, handles bumps easily. Coming from the 16S with only a month of experience , this second wheel took me 15minutes to get riding on. I will work those leg muscles more to get a handle. If you ride with side pads, you may want to get side pads for her, she may be easier to control. Good wheel, fast shipping, Jason rocks, nuff said.”
