Just got the Molicel version of the S18. This thing is incredible. Definitely more power and smoother power delivery in comparison to the version with LG batteries. It’s my go to wheel now for most rides. The suspension is absolutely killer. When set up properly, no wheel compares. Now I’m just riding my Gotway Nicola for longer rides where I need twice the battery to avoid range anxiety :)…

Got this for my 4’10” 100lb wife. She’s a very new, rather small rider and she’s able to handle it pretty well. All in all, she loves it.

Power and range of this wheel is satisfactory for a mildly engaging and lengthy ride through mostly dedicated recreational paths and some raw hillside terrain. It has good stability and grip, but can begin to hurt against the legs due to narrow contact points, hence some uneven pressure distribution. It becomes easier with an intentionally widened stance. Overall, fun wheel! The suspension is buttery smooth, yet responsive and agile.

I have had an S18 for over a year and it is my third wheel after inmotion V10, KingSong 18L. I rode 5 hours almost continuously this weekend on difficult technical terrain in Cedar Park Texas and, at the end, had 60% power remain in the wheel (10% remaining in me). I spent the day climbing and descending rocky, marbley trail and the machine was... ...a machine. does what is required extremely smoothly and predictably. For off road, there is nothing better in my opinion.

Beautiful looking wheel. I've got over 1800 miles on mine. It can NOT be beat on trails or staircases. It's durable and reliable. The shocks are great, but do require more cleaning and maintenance. I'm a lighter rider, but I am starting to run against the limits of its power. I've also ridden a Veteran Sherman, V11, V12 and MCM5. The S18 does seem to be a little more squirrely when braking or accelerating hard, so I wouldn't recommend this as a first EUC. That being said, I'm quite happy with it and probably won't be interested in another for a year or so.
