“This is my second wheel, coming from a mcm5v2 with ~250mi. The S18 is a great overall wheel, but lacking in torque and speed. On steep inclines you find the wheel lacking.
However, on general pavement / sidewalks / uneven trails, the wheel is magical. Its a hard toss up. I hate to love it. So far I have put ~ 150miles on the wheel.”
“This is a Ducati identifying as an EUC. The aesthetic is the best of any wheel I've seen. It feels robust and rides like a dream. Sure, it could use more battery life to match up to the performance of the motor. However, this wheel gives you confidence and power to do things you may not have imagined doing. I come from an InMotion V10 so major differences especially the tire size and suspension addition. Let me break it down so far within 30mi of experience:
Range: Have not done a full test yet, but projected to reach at least 35-40mi based on my usage.
Speed: Not the most powerful acceleration, nor do you want to push it to do so. But it gets up to speed rather quickly and maintains it well.
Lights: Multiple settings of high beam, low beam, both beams for front. Shoots towards the ground and rather impressed with brightness. Has the automatic sensor for when to turn on as well. Rear light is decently bright and adds a cool illumination to your suspension area. Also when turning the rear light reacts similar to newer mustang cars turn signal.
Suspension/Handling: The suspension is a dream, pump it up to optimal pressure and feel the wheel doing the work. You can glide through off-road without a hitch or back pain. Fly down stair cases like a beast. Preload and jump with your wheel easier and get some air. Great system!
Handling: The 18x3 tire eats whatever you throw at it. Smooth over bumps, nimble yet stable to cruise at high speed. Easy to maneuver and still do acro tricks and find a sense of flow
Overall, I expect a great future of miles to come on this wheel.”

“This is my 2nd wheel, so I don’t have much to compare it to. I was looking for something that would work off road, and it does. I can go a lot of places that my older Gotway 14” wouldn’t go. I really like it! I’m still figuring it out, it would be nice if the suspension settings were easier to understand. Also I wasn’t able to get the factory app. I have another app that works good with it.”
“This is the single most enjoyable thing that I’ve ever purchased. At 50, I bought this as a way to compensate for a bad back & knees (riding all the trails that I used to bicycle on). Took 20min to get the hang of it and rode 40 miles my first day (half day/ half night). Love the lighting, suspension and power of this S18. This was my very first EUC, love it!”
“I got my first EUC yesterday and I tried riding it for the first time today. I was worried I couldn't do it but I did it first try no warm up. The s18 is the stuff out heavy but since it's my first wheel I can't tell you if that's good or bad. I can tell you that if you don't use safety gear your asking for it. Also I didn't think I would get a work out but I was tired in the first half hour. Heard where you need to listen. Ewheels customer service is the best fedex delivered my wheel to the wrong place and it's not ewheels fault so don't hate. They answered everyone one of my questions fast also I wanted a more expensive wheel and the told me that because of my size and use it would be better to get the s18 if you think about it a greedy company that didn't care about the safety off their customers would have told me to spend as much money as I could but they didn't that spoke allot about how much they love the sport and want you to be safe. I will buy my next wheel from them for sure. Thanks ewheels writing the book on customer service.”
“Beautiful wheel! Unpackaged it an the new car smell was great! This is my first wheel and I had it figured out and 15 miles within the first 3 days! Very comfortable the suspension most definitely saved me quite a few times. The Kuji pads are useful, only mild bruising/discomfort on the inside calf below the knee where it digs in a bit, but I’ll likely add extra padding there! I customize everything I own!”
